Ninja Forms Review (2024): Pricing, Pros & Cons

Having used Ninja Forms for over 2 years, I have realized it is a capable software. First, there are enough templates that makes creating online forms easy. Secondly, the tool comes with a great user interface and customizing it is easy . Finally, the tool comes at a bargain and therefore it is a must have. Since Ninja Forms has always worked, I have no reasons to complain. Ninja Forms has been working well for us as an online forms creation tool, and therefore I recommend it. Another reason to go for this tool is that it is affordable. We implemented this tool as our primary online forms creator. It comes with the necessary features, and I cannot regret the decision we made 3 years ago.

Since Ninja Forms has always worked, I have no reasons to complain.

This form plugin provides rich features meet all our requirements. The best thing is it provides number of options for span protection and we love Honeypot the most. The features are great but each add-on feature comes with an additional cost. The pricing model is different from most similar solutions in the market and this is what we dislike. You may first consider what features are required in your project and then check if such features are included in basic features or add-on features. If you need lots of add-on features, the cost of adopting Ninja Forms could be high and there are many other solutions on market that you can choose from. We used a free solution before moving to Ninja Forms but the free solution had a major defect in spam protection. We then moved to Ninja Forms which clear us from spams.

Ninja Forms makes is easy to do multi-paged forms that indicate your progress as you answer pages of queestions. The plugin also has a good save for later feature. The plugin has an easy to use and teach others drag and drop admin interface. Support and community isn’t quite as large as Gravity Forms, however the developers are quick to respond to questions/support issues. We standardized on Gravity Forms a few years ago, however after using the plugin recently it has come a long way and is a very viable useful tool on wordpress sites. The developer also accept additional functionality requests and will develop custom beta’s for users with specific needs for a reasonable cost. If you want something that’s easy to learn and setup custom forms on your wordpress website this is a great plugin for it.
