What Kind of Support Google Workspace Offers?

Although Google Workspace offers several support options based on individual subscription packages, all Google Workspace administrators can contact Google directly for support. To contact support, administrators must upgrade to the Enterprise Essentials edition. Once they’ve done so, they’ll need to sign in to their Google Admin Console account, where they’ll be able to access the Help Assistant window through the Get Help tab. From there, they can describe their problem and click Submit to contact a support specialist.
