Customer support is very badI am using SE Ranking over few years, apx 5 – 7. Long term user. Software works good, perhaps reporting stucks many times. But I can understand this regarding performances. Big problem is customer support. To get email from customer support is mission impossible. Upgrading, changing plan, agency plan, returning uploaded money – almost mission impossible.

Pros: Clear data, excellent keyword tool, smart content tool, competitor analysis tool, reasonable price, clean interface, and a well-designed project dashboard.Cons: The website audit speed (for large e-commerce projects, it takes more than 10 minutes). I believe it can be improved.Regardless, I’m giving it 5 stars because it’s been the best SEO platform experience for me in a long time. Hoping you guys will focus on speeding up the website audit.

Very misleading information when signing up to a paid plan. Paid £89 per month for access to historic keyword data as it clearly stated I would receive. Upon completion, I noticed I did not receive access to this historic keyword data and “Oleg”, the live chat assistant told me that I would need to further upgrade to their most expensive plan to access this data. Really disappointing when a company tries to deceive the customer, immediately lost their integrity.
