What I liked the best about Host4Geeks was the rapid assistance that it provides for each support ticket raised, the SLA is really less as compared to other hosting providers, and the resolution is often very fast. I haven’t encountered any cons till now. It serves me really well for my usecase. Host4Geeks has allowed us to host our web servers without hassles. The control panel is one of the best that I have used for any hosting service , the security measures incorporated are really top-notch.

Host4Geeks has a friendly approach with thorough issue analysis and their standout service also offers speedy resolutions and rapid ticket assistance. Their Premium services also elivate our online presence which makes users attracted towards it. While the swift and intelligent technical support is good, the lack of compensation for errors can leave users frustated. Besides this, there are no downsides encountered as their service provides ideal solutions. Host4Geeks completely changed my hosting experience by overcoming previous downtime issues which upgraded my site’s perfomance. With free SSL and DDoS protection, I had found a new ideal host of less price along with benefiting my customers.

Nothing, they are pathetic in everything, they charge extra when we are late for payment, but they don’t compensate when they do anything wrong, i faced more than 25000 loss because of them. Service, Support & servers.

Very unprofessional company. Three times server went down without any notice; 2 times, my website got deleted and never recovered and when I asked them, they don’t reply.

I paid my monthly subscription, but they suspended my server again and emailed me the same month’s invoice.

They have an excellent service, they solve everything very quickly but above all they are very friendly and analyze the problems in depth to give a precise solution and with good results.

Resposta imediata do suporte quando meu site estava com problemas. O problema foi corrigido com rapidez pelo tecnico que me atendeu. Não deixa o cliente na mão de forma alguma. Preços são altos para os padrões brasileiros, poderia ter um plano diferenciado para paises que a moeda não é o dolar. Apesar do suporte ser rapido, é em inglês e isso dificulta um pouco. O VPS gerenciado é uma excelente ferramenta na plataforma, um dos melhores que já usei. Mantem meu site instavel, leve e muito seguro. Mesmo quando tem picos de acesso.
